An experienced Telesales Executive required to join this great company in Brighouse. You will be responsible for cold calling companies from an established database, introducing the company and services available and making appointments for the external sales team. Great opportunity for an experienced Telesales Exec.

This is a permanent vacancy. Input and confirm orders from new and old customers on a daily basis, keep customers informed of any changes and product information required. Give an immediate response to customer enquiries, give a prompt response to customer complaints with immediate communication with quality department. Liaise with warehouse manager to ensure orders are dispatched on time. Control UK transport costs and organise transport for UK and non UK customers. Other duties include replacing internal sales in case of absence. Must have the ability to communicate with customers and liaise with the rest of the sales team and transport companies. A second language would be an advantage but is not essential.
